I see from this link its not show heat. Its also change policy with no free retake. https://www.openstack.org/coa/requirements (https://www.openstack.org/coa/require...) Why does they change that ?

I only familiar with centos. Should I learn ubuntu before take exam?

Since Heat is not included in the requirements, you can be certain there won't be questions about it. Regarding the OS, the page says you need to have basic "Ubuntu Linux process management" skills. Process management is the same on Centos, I'd think.
