No lease, failing

Hi i have installed openstack with openstack ansible in HA mode with 2 nodes. node1: (infra, compute, ...) a full AIO node. node2: just compute node. i can create instances in node1 but when i create instances in node2 i get this error:

and my instance have no IP address and i can't ping any int/ext ip addresses (git network unreachable). i can view instance ip in instances main page.

What hypervisor are you using? I fell into this trap and spent a lot of time troubleshooting it, to find out that it was MAC address filtering performed by the hypervisor. See note 2 https://docs.openstack.org/install-guide/environment.html (here).

i use a hypervisor with ubuntu 16.04 os and create 2 centos7 nodes on it with KVM. my instances on node1 works fine with network but instances on node2 have no networks. i used to setup AIO, it works fine but in HA mode i receive that error.
