No. CentOS 8 support starts with Ussuri.

yes you can do it , only things u need to take of backtrack some of packages.
Thanks Piyush. I have deployed in RHEL7.6 which is working fine. When I tried the same packages in RHEL8.1 few are unable to install as the same way how it was deployed earlier. Did you already tried deploying in the RHEL8/8.1 version? Or this is your guess?
I don't see Centos 8 mentioned at https://trunk.rdoproject.org/. All packages are named
*.el7.*
This is a strong indication that the community version of OpenStack has not been tested on RHEL 8 yet.On the other hand, the commercial distribution Red Hat Openstack Platform 15 runs on RHEL8.
What are your issues? What exactly are you doing, and how does it fail?
I'm facing issues to install the pre-requisites like https://docs.openstack.org/install-guide/environment-packages-rdo.html (mentioned) . I see it fail using yum/dnf to install python-openstackclient rather i tried with pip3 with python3 version got installed. Now couldn't install openstack-selinux
