Can quantum be run on child cells to create separate L2fabric in each cell?

Hi, I am looking at the cells concept in Grizzly and Havana to enable scaling. The idea is to have separate L2Fabrics for each cell and keep a tenant limited to one cell. For this, I would have to run separate quantum instances (neutron in havana) in each cell. Does anyone know if this will work? Has anyone tried it out? Will the nova-api-server act as pass-through for the quantum(neutron) commands or will it not accept the commands at all? I have searched the forums and online and cannot find anything on this.

Separate nova-network per cell works well.

Not sure about Quantum/Neutron - probably possible, but hard. Rackspace is doing it, but has special sauce to make it possible.
