After configuring SSL for all DB connections in my environment all servers are with status up and running, but when I try to create a VM for example, the requests start to be slow and the request doesn't go to the compute node there's no log for a VM creation. I tried to isolate the problem just configuring cinder in compute node and in the controller environment, but when the VM is being provisioned and the block storage is scheduled to be created it starts to wait until the operation fail due timeout.

During a reseach I fould that nova-conductor can act like a proxy for the db requests between the components, but I can't see any different configuration for it.

How do you know that Cinder is the cause? What happens when you launch an instance without volume?

DB access details are in nova.conf.

I've isolated cinder as the only component with SSL configured. I don't know if is cinder the cause, but the volumes stay with "Scheduling block device" for a long time, and after some hours they are created. When I try to create the VM without a volume its created without any problem.
