while launching instances i get an error no valid hosts was found. there are not enough host available

This is one of the most common questions here. Does Nova report any compute service that is up? If yes, none of your compute hosts has sufficient resources (RAM etc) or traits (e.g. CPU architecture) required by the instance. If not, check the nova-compute logs for relevant errors.

check Point 1. check resource availability on for tenant /project. 2. check nova server log 3. Check for flavor properties matching with your environment.
