Error when installing with Packstack and stein

Same error if I use --allinone or install with myanswer file.

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: (deleted IP )_controller.pp Error: /Stage[main]/Keystone/Exec[keystone-manage bootstrap]: Failed to call refresh: 'keystone-manage bootstrap' returned 1 instead of one of [0]

If I manually run command "# keystone-manage bootstrap". It appears to be successful. However if I tail /var/log/mariadb/mariadb.log, I see the following

2019-11-05 21:04:37 53766 [Warning] Aborted connection 53766 to db: 'keystone' user: 'keystone_admin' host: 'openstack-master-burl' (Got an error reading communication packets)

Stein uname -r 4.1.12-112.16.4.el7uek.x86_64

Any clues as to which way I should look?

FYI - If I look at these two log files mentioned they both say approximately the same thing.

Something wrong with the hostname openstack-master-burl, perhaps? Have you disabled firewalld and NetworkManager?

Hard to say more without seeing the answer file.
