So I got the system up, possibly/probably selected items in the generated answer file incorrectly, tried changing and rerunning a few times and now in a pickle. Is there a way to clean up the running services, and start a fresh without reinstalling the OS? All I am looking for is a stable OpenStack, enough to build POC of Kubernetes with Terraform. I am TOTALLY new to Openstack, and making a "best guess" scenario answer file. So lost. So many services that are foreign to me. If anyone has an answer file that would/should cover my POC scope, I would much appreciate a clue. This a single PowerEdge r720 with 2 x 12 core procs, 64G mem and three large arrays on Centos7. sda/sdb/sdc.

Perhaps, but you risk having incompatible software lying around that causes problems during operation. I would start from scratch, i.e. reinstall Centos.

For Kubernetes, I think the only non-default config you need is internet access from instances. I had problems achieving this with Stein a few months ago, but found this solution:

I am ok with a fresh OS install, but would appreciate clarification: Would you recommend NOT using an answer.txt file, and use the flags as you describe instead? Do you happen to have an answer.txt file to do the equiv? I dont see multiple NICs described, which also confuses me. Is one enough?
