I am checking keystone config and I see this metric

# The time-to-live in sec of idle connections in the pool (integer value)
#conn_pool_ttl = 1200

But i don't understand so much about this metric. Anyone can explain me?

It's a message queue timeout.

A message queue connection that is idle for 20 minutes is closed automatically. It looks like the parameter was introduced in Newton. It's used here: https://opendev.org/openstack/oslo.me... (look for ttl or item_ttl).
