Hi,

I am facing issues with openstack after rebooting or abnormal shutdown of the system. When the system restarts, I am able to login to the horizon dashboard, delete existing instances but I can not create a new instances Simply the openstack is not fully fucntional. I have done the installation through devstack.

How to resume everything to normal after restarting the physical machine where the Openstack is deployed?

Devstack is not meant to be restarted. You can revive it, though, by following these instructions: https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...
