[RDO][TripleO] Using storage other than Ceph for cinder

I am looking at using TripleO to deploy an OpenStack environment but I want to use Quobyte as the cinder backend instead of Ceph. All the documentation mentions using an image containing Ceph for deploying the storage servers in the undercloud. If I build an image myself that contains the required software how do I associate that with the storage nodes in the undercloud?

You'll need to create a range of configs. The TripleO puppet manifests, roles_data.yaml, YAML files for Quobyte services roles and the Cinder service config will have to be written/updated. [1] is probably the best point to start on this.
