I've noticed that almost all tripleo-docs urls at docs.openstack.com are dead for the last few weeks. (For example https://docs.openstack.org/tripleo-do...)

Do you guys have any idea about the situation ?

Yes, but that langind page doesn't cover everything, I mean there is a topic for UI installation which is depreciated, but CLI installation document is not there. (It were accessible once via https://docs.openstack.org/tripleo-do...)
