nova-manage service list error after installing some packages

I have Installed (openstack) and it is working fine but, After Installing,

apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy

pip install pyqcy PyContracts SQLAlchemy bottle requests Sphinxpython-novaclient

pip install mocktest

When I try to run nova-manage service list it is showing me following error and i am not able to login through Dashboard.

nova-manage service list (Error)

Table '' doesn't exist"

That is in your log file. Did you sync your database?

nova-manage db sync

yes !! after installing that packages i am getting that error not after installation.

Check your database to make sure these tables have been created. If they do exist, make sure you have the proper database configured in nova.conf

After Un-installing those packages i am not getting any errors. So why those packages is causing error or conflicting with existing installation of openstack. And i need those packages in my further process to resolve dependency. So how can i have both?
