Terminal identified as “One”

Hi,

I'm currently creating the ISO for StarlingX.

I don't understand what they mean by :

Run the following commands under a terminal identified as “One”:

The way I understand it, the setup instructions use three terminal windows that they label one, two and three, so that it is easier to say which command should be entered where.
