Thank's eternaltyro but I tried that and now I'm with problems... first I didn't understand the guide so when I tried to remove the nfs-kernel-server I have ruined all , my nova-compute does not work in both compute node machines and I can't create instances.... Now I don't know how to solve this...

In short you need to configure nova controller, your hypervisor and you need shared storage to be able to live migrate VMs from one compute node to another. Everything is in the document you mentioned.

The problem is that I can't understand the doc.. I have already done mistakes in controller node by trying to put live migrations working
