I can't lunch any instance in Openstack through the horizon or CLI

I have install Openstack in single noeud using devstack , when i try to lunch an instance it get me an error like that :

You need to check the nova scheduler log for more info. Also run nova-status upgrade check to see if the node was registered with the placement service, and openstack service list.

Does your server have enough RAM and storage for the instance?

Can this be the problem?

Hardly, since the OP talks about Devstack, not Tripleo.
