Hello,

I need help to resolve my issue. I have installed my undercloud successfully but i have an error when i deploy my overcloud, i tried to deploy one compute and one controller :

overcloud-C64.Controller.0.**Controller**: resource_type: OS::TripleO::ControllerServer   physical_resource_id: 1f9673fb-82ab-46a6-834d-bd091188f040   status: CREATE_FAILED   status_reason: |
    ResourceInError: resources.Controller: Went to status ERROR due to "Message: **No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available., Code: 500**" overcloud-C64.Compute.0.NovaCompute: resource_type: OS::TripleO::**ComputeServer** physical_resource_id: 44f70d75-0fdd-4741-a3af-9df5ade67620 status: CREATE_FAILED status_reason: |
    ResourceInError: resources.NovaCompute: Went to status ERROR due to "Message: No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available., Code: 500"

In the Nova logs, there are a detailed error that describes a problem with the ComputeCapabilitiesFilter :

Node registration and introspection works fine :

(undercloud) [stack@srvmassf101 ~]$ openstack baremetal node list ... (more)

Did you tag the nodes? What flavor did you specify when creating the instance? Please post the output of:

openstack flavor show <flavor>

and

openstack baremetal node show SRVCTRSF102

I reciprocate ARatcliff - I had this same problem as you when I went about installing openstack. Can you access the director (undercloud) gui?

From memory, you need to scan your overcloud hosts and then afterwards, tag them so that openstack knows how to treat them.
