Could someone provide some hits? 1. Which OpenStack release is a good fit for production? 2. Does OpenStack having LTS concept on running? Does they support all active release in same time?

Release maintenance is documented at https://docs.openstack.org/project-te.... The OpenStack foundation has no LTS concept, just like the Linux foundation, by the way (or so I think).

Check with vendors like Canonical, SUSE, Red Hat or Mirantis what support they offer. Vendor list: https://www.openstack.org/marketplace....

What’s a good fit for production depends on your requirements and the vendor you choose. Perhaps one release behind current?
