Cinder volume usage by for each tenant

How to display disk usage per tenant, I tried to use api request (/v2/{project_id}/scheduler-stats/get_pools)as well, but it just providing pool name.

Openstack Version: Mitaka ISCSCI disk - from Unity Storage Storage type : ISCSI/Cinder

Depending on what you mean by disk usage, you can use the Ceilometer metrics volume.size, disk.ephemeral.size, disk.device.usage and/or disk.device.allocation, or list all volumes and instances filtered by project and sum up their sizes.
