Control the creation/removing of instances

how can i control scaling up and down instances copies as needed ? what can i use ?

What you need is a part of orchestration OpenStack Heat is for orchestration of your cloud: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Heat

@Aref cannot be controlled using snapshot just up/down instance copies from snapshots?

Heat in conjunction with Ceilometer, Gnocchi and Aodh is indeed the right tool. You will need to learn about Aodh alarms and Heat Auto-Scaling. There are sample templates at https://github.com/openstack/heat-tem....

@Bernd Bausch I installed heat service on the controller node but i got this error when i tried to verify heat installation:

ERROR: Internal Error

And the /var/log/heat/heat-api.log file show:

2019-03-22 16:01:00.151 23049 ERROR heat.common.wsgi [-] SIGTERM received
