What the Designate API changes from 2013 so far ? This is it https://docs.openstack.org/designate/2.1.0/rest.html (https://docs.openstack.org/designate/...) ? This is required to create DNSaaS ?

Strictly speaking, the API or the corresponding client commands are required to use DNSaaS. To create it, you need to install and configureit. The current API reference is https://developer.openstack.org/api-r....

In 2013 there was 2 API versions (v1 and v2) - now we only support v2.
