There are any way to do this? E.g. If nova-compute service is down by hardware failure,an instance evacuate to another compute node automatically.

Hi,

There is currently no functionality in OpenStack to perform the evacuation automatically.

There is a plan to add support required by such a feature in the Havana roadmap (the release due in October 2013), tracked by this blueprint: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/find-host-and-evacuate-instance

You may find the way forward in the meantime is to write some scripts that take advantage of the current Evacuate suppport (https://wiki.openstack.org/Evacuate)

Live Migrations can be configured using http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-live-migrations.html - but I'd suggest asking that as a new question.
