VirtIO MultiQueue support with Linux Bridge?

Is Linux Bridge compatible with virtio miltiqueue? I ask as most documentation I find online refers to OVS and I am having a difficult time finding anything linuxbridge related for that matter. I understand OVS is the default for OpenStack and that is likely why I find OVS related material online, however, I need to verify whether multi queue can be supported by linuxbridge agent for neutron.

If so, can you point me towards some documentation please?

https://www.linux-kvm.org/page/Multiq... contains a somewhat cryptic statement:

macvtap/macvlan have basic multiqueue support. bridge does not have queue, but when it use a multiqueue tap as one of it port, some optimization may be needed.

On the other hand, the diagram under High level Design shows a bridge. YMMV.

It seems that multiqueue is implemented in Nova. The spec says nothing about the Neutron mechanism driver. You may want to search for multiqueue site:openstack.org.
