Can I create router in a specific network node [closed]

Dear,

I lab neutron openvswitch ( centos7, rocky)

I create 2 network node with L3 agent. How to specific 2 router: router01, router02 from node network1, 2 router router03, router04 on node network2?

What books to design network openstack?

I know about the book "Learning OpenStack Networking" from James Denton, who certainly knows the subject. I haven't read it though and don't know whether it talks much about design.

How about the networking guide?

Try this:

First, create a router. Then, add it to an L3 agent: openstack network agent add router AGENT-ID ROUTER-ID.
