Error in installing openstack using packstack inside proxy

Hi all ,Im trying to install openstack using packstack based on the instruction given in RDO site in a virtual machine with host centos 7.5 and guest centos 7.5 minimal.I ran exact same commands in my personal lap and using personal internet, but trying same on office PC and office proxy net I'm getting following error. I have given the export proxy in /etc/profile.please help :)

Error: Could not set 'present' on ensure: Net::ReadTimeout at 11:/var/tmp/packstack/de158c2f7c7649cd8f53f707402c2462/modules/packstack/manifests/provision/glance.pp

Please check log file /var/tmp/packstack/20190123-094237-ggRLwq/openstack-setup.log for more information
Additional information:
 * Time synchronization installation was skipped. Please note that unsynchronized time on server instances might be problem for some OpenStack components.
 * File /root/keystonerc_admin has been created on OpenStack client host 192.168.16.76. To use the command line tools you need to source the file.
 * Copy of keystonerc_admin file has been created for non-root user in /home/fadil.
 * To access the OpenStack Dashboard browse to http://192.168.16.76/dashboard .
Please, find your login credentials stored in the keystonerc_admin in your home directory.
