Hello there, please help me to solve this problem

when i run : openstack user create --domain default --password-prompt glance

the output is : An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (HTTP 500)

i don't know what is wrong because i follow the documentation on http://docs.openstack.org

here is my openrc file :

export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_ID=default export OS_USER_DOMAIN_ID=default export OS_PROJECT_NAME=admin export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin export OS_USERNAME=admin export OS_PASSWORD=* export OS_AUTH_URL=http://127.0.0.1:5000 export OS_IDENTITY_API_VERSION=3 export OS_REGION_NAME=RegionOne

i hope i can solved this problem from here, because if i search on google it can't solve :(

Here is some googling assistance: keystone http 500.

If you run into an internal error, the first thing you need to do is checking the relevant log files. In your case, Apache and Keystone logs.

Also check if keystone is accessible: curl http://127.0.0.1:5000. Perhaps it's not running.

By the way, if you follow the installation tutorial, and your Keystone endpoint is http://127.0.0.1:5000, how do you expect the compute node to reach Keystone? Use real IP addresses.
