swift service installation

can i install swift service without a storage node in the environment just a controller and two compute nodes ?

Yes. Swift doesn't use Cinder.. You can even install Swift without compute nodes, and without Nova, Neutron and Glance.

I installed openstack Rocky on ubuntu server 18.04, but for the swift service i found just for openstack Queens.

swift_hash_path_suffix = HASH_PATH_SUFFIX

HASH_PATH_SUFFIX which value can take ?

According to the install guide:

Replace HASH_PATH_PREFIX and HASH_PATH_SUFFIX with unique values.

and

Keep these values secret and do not change or lose them

Any value is fine.
