ceilometer-notification-agent 500 internal error

hello
I use bellow command :

openstack alarm create --name cpu_hi \ 
--type gnocchi_resources_threshold --description 'CPU High Average' \
 --metric cpu_util \
--threshold 70.0 \
--comparison-operator gt \ 
--aggregation-method mean \ 
--granularity 300 \
--evaluation-periods 1 \ 
--resource-type instance \ 
--resource-id 97671a6c-5b88-46e5-ac6a-3f9a3b166eb8

output of openstack alarm list is :

6211374f-2b9b-4224-8822-12262c143545 | gnocchi_resources_threshold                | cpu_hi                                 | insufficient data | low      | True

and state of alarm fix in insufficient data and don`t change. i see tail of ceilometer notification agent log (tail -f /var/log/ceilimeter/ceilimeter-notification-agnet.log):

It would seem your Gnocchi installation has problems. Check the corresponding entries in the Gnocchi log.
