I installed OpenStack manually on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS desktop (each node in a physical machine)

When I login into the dashboard I get this error (in the Overview tab) : error unable to retrieve usage information

I enter to the API Access in the dashboard and find that the Identity and Placement services didn't change to the new management interface.

Each time i want to login to the dashboard, i need to restart all services and make some changes to /etc/openstack_dashboard/ file There is it any solution to automatically login to dashboard ?

How can i change these services to the new management_interface ? How can resolve the error message displayed ? Any solution please ?
