How to remove the Cinder service Mitaka on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi we are use ScaleIO as Cinder service and we need to remove the scaleIO servers and disable the Cinder service how we can disable the Cinder service

rpm –e <scaleio rpm="" name=""> Note: Uninstalling ScaleIO erases all data or ScaleiIO components/apps that currently reside on the ScaleIO system.

thanks Eranachandran we are using ubuntu but i'll check how to uninstall scaleio on ubuntu , but my question mainly how to disable the cinder service from the openstack

Try this. for service-cinder service-disable. For cluster-cinder cluster-disable after disabling cinder service, delete the cinder database

For stop cinder appearing in the Horizon dashboard, delete cinder service... for list services use OpenStack service list for delete services use OpenStack service delete <service name=""> sorry for late reply eahmyou ...
