Hi,

Usually i used to install mikrotik router in kvm . physical eth0 will act as WAN ..physical eth1 will act as LAN . in Openstack is there any option configure to two separate physical interfaces making that LAN and WAN.

Thanks in advance

OpenStack doesn't have the notion of WAN or LAN. What do you want to use these interfaces for?

You can’t directly map instances’ interfaces to their host’s physical interfaces in OpenStack, and probably no other cloud platform. You could define two provider networks that connect to the physical interfaces and then connect the instance to them.

You could also enter the world of virtual network functions. Here is an example deploying an openwrt router (I am not knowlegeable about this subject): https://docs.openstack.org/tacker/lat....
