I have tried to create amphora disk image using OpenStack diskimage-builder by following command

disk-image-create CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1708.iso

but it cause to the error "diskimage_builder.element_dependencies.MissingElementException: Element '/CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal- 1708.iso' not found"

and I have passed the correct distro's path.

how disk-image-create creates an amphora or is there any pre build amphora image for octavia .

Please see the README file available here: https://github.com/openstack/octavia/...

It explains the usage of the diskimage-create.sh script for building amphora images.

If you want a CentOS 7 amphora image, you would run the following command line:

diskimage-create -i centos -d 7 -s 3

When it finishes, you will have the image in the diskimage-create directory with the name of "amphora-x64-haproxy.qcow2"

If you have trouble in creating amphora, try to use test image.

I haven’t done it myself, but there are tools and a Readme file in the disk-image-create directory.
