without cinder and swift can i run the virtual machines

Hi , i am new to openstack , my core work is install configure vms with limited local disk space, network . i dont require any block and object stroagee so can i ignore cinder and swift config in packstack answer file.

Yes, you can run Virtual Machine Machines without cinder and swift services. For running Virtual a Machine Virtual Machine in OpenStack environment (keystone.glance, Nova, neutron) is enough. If you want a Dashboard to manage your cloud environment you can Install Horizon(Dashboard service).

HI thanks for your reply....when checking disk space in horizon it showing used e.g (50 percent ) but while running in cli df -h why i dont see any disk consumption...

Although I don't have experience with packstack I can confirm that cinder and swift are optional components in OpenStack. Nova instances can be stored on the local disk of the compute node(s), which is actually the default if you install OpenStack from scratch following the deployment guide. If you follow this approach you'll have to monitor the disk space of your compute nodes to be aware of limitations in spawning new instances etc.
