unexpected keyword argument 'source_replica'

Running cinder (rocky) under apache on centos 7. Creating a volume on the commandline returns an error "create() got an unexpected keyword argument 'source_replica' ". Volume type lvm or ceph shows the same error. The command cinder list shows the volume with status "creating". Checking the python scripts under /usr/lib/python2.7 shows that openstackclient/tests/unit/volume/v2/test_volume.py and openstackclient/volume/v2/volume.py contain the string source_replica. Version of python2-openstackclient is 3.16.0-1.el7. What is going wrong here?

Hello.

Faced with the same behavior on Rocky. Here is that I've found: https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-openstackclient/+bug/1786479, https://bugs.launchpad.net/rally/+bug/1785519

Here is the patch that solves this problem (at least on my stack): https://github.com/openstack/python-openstackclient/commit/3e5a2d227c813937ad7ea23d334f7d23c1f8a2cc

P.S. "At least 10 karma points is required to post links", sorry
