Choose between opendaylight vs opencontrail(Tungsten Fabric)

Can anyone help me understand the difference between OpenDaylight SDN and Tungsten Fabric (So-called Contrail)?

Good question Vino. While there are no comparisons available on the web yet, by looking closely at both ODL and TF, we can see that TF is more cloud native than ODL. This means, TF is closely associated/linked with containers and K8S from its inception, while ODL introduces container support only from its oxygen release (8th release) . The common association is the open stack. If you look at the operator implementations, you can see that AT&T and Orange use both ODL and TF. However, ODL has more deployments and vendor support than TF.
