Can I customize the openrc file provided by Horizon?

Being able to download and source the openrc.sh file from the Horizon dashboard is great, but I'm curious if it's possible to add your own data to it? That way users could, for example, download the file and it would contain environment variables for other tools (like Terraform) and help to unify Openstack and different software used to manage it.

According to http://git.openstack.org/cgit/opensta..., in the newest version of Horizon it’s based on identity/application_credentials/openrc.sh.template.
