Python SDK: How to use Ceilometer ?

Hi, when reading the Python SDK documentation, there is nothing about Ceilometer. Is it supported ? My goal is to get instance usage statistics like that:

I used the gnocchi-api with the shade. I believe it does not have python SDK for Ceilometer.
