I want to configure nova-compute on compute node. But I don't want to use IP of keystone in nova.conf of compute node. Is it possible?

As I say in the other comment, you need Keystone. Instead of the IP address, you can also use the hostname.

I am not sure if that is correct. Nova-compute talks to other services like Glance for downloading images, Cinder for attaching volumes, perhaps also Neutron. It needs to authenticate and therefore requires Keystone IMO.
