If the config file contains literally PROVIDER_INTERFACE_NAME, replace it with your network interface name.

If not, check for errors in the Neutron log files.

in the configuration i put the name of my management interface not the provider interface because i have only one interface is it okay?? and what should i do if not i follow this tutorial [https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/pi...] to know what i am talking about

Can you post the entire error message, perhaps also some lines before and after it? You can edit them into the question.

You can give the same network interface several roles. Packstack, for example, does that by default.

There is a bug with this error message. Fixed in September. Could it be that the code you are using is older?

Note the last line of the bug description: "This issue was fixed in the openstack/neutron 11.0.2 release".

Replace Provider_Interface_Name with compute node's physical interface name.
