When we change the Token expiration time e.g. to expiration=7200 in Keystone.conf and we restart the service, Nova does not start, and we come up with the Internal server error 500: " no handlers could be found for logger keystone auth.identity.generic.base". Has anyone ever seen this?

Where do you see this error? Which part of Nova doesn’t start, and what do you find in the relevant log file?
