We are using Newton release. Our cloud was working fine until a few days back the following happened:

While trying to create a volume from a image using Horizon or CLI, we are getting an error :

Invalid image identifier or unable to access requested image. (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-37c4e204-7d3d-4a3e-a3ab-54209183f2d2)

However, we are able to launch instances from the image and also create blank volumes of any size.

Please note that Newton has now been designated EOL - https://releases.openstack.org/ - and is thus no longer supported.

Use the request ID and the image ID to find details in the Cinder and Glance logs.

Can't find this image. You can use glance image-list check this image id. glance-api.conf check [glance_store] in configuration. Make sure the image is there.
