Nova has a force_dhcp_release directive, which if True send a dhcp release on instance termination. What's the equivalent in Neutron? What's the default in Neutron?

Thanks

I belive but not sure you mean this option in neutron.conf

dhcp_lease_duration = 86400

Not quite correct. Entry in nova.conf :-

dhcp_lease_duration = 120

identifies frequency of DHCPDISCOVER request from running VMs, supposed to get DHCPACK from corresponding dnsmasq daemon serving particular private subnet.
