I have one control node and two compute nodes. I deployed using kolla 5.0.0 and everything is running just fine with my control and two compute nodes.

So now I'd like to add another node. I'm trying to add a storage node and move glance services to run on the storage node instead of the control node and then use file as the back end for glance so it will store all it's images on the storage node where I have lots of space. I am modifying the kolla-ansible's multinode inventory file to specify where services should run. But when I move services to run on the storage node they no longer work and I can't create images or use anything related to glance service.

I have already posted a question of the main problem I am facing when changing which host glance runs on but no one ares replied. https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...

So now I am wondering does glance have to run on the control node? And if it is possible to run on the storage node, do I have to do a lot of other configuration for it to work on the storage node? Or should it be as simple as modifying the kolla-ansible's multinode inventory file to specify glance services to run on the storage node?
