After I created the provider network, how can I change the range?

I use bellow command created the provider network:

 neutron subnet-create provider 103.34.202.0/24 --name provider-sub --allocation-pool start=103.34.202.2,end=103.34.202.5 --dns-nameserver 8.8.8.8 --gateway 103.34.202.6

I use neutron net-list can list the networks:

Now, I want to change the start and end params, how can I do that?

Thank you, reset the subnet should unset, then set params.
