I create a openstack instance, and I can know its address, and so on.

But if I want to store the expire time and buy duration, is there a place allow us to store this extensional data in openstack?

Admittedly, I don't understand what you mean be extensional data, expire time and buy duration.

OpenStack is a cloud operating system, not a database. You can, however, store data on volumes if Cinder is installed. If the data is used as input for the instance, you can add it as metadata when you launch the instance, and even when the instance is running. If your cloud has Swift, you can also store data in an object, or as object metadata.
