After the installtion of pike I installed an instance but cannot boot an instance and no bootable device. When I tried to access the instance, the error display :C:\fakepath\Screen Shot 2017-09-13 at 12.17.50 PM.png

You don't mention anything about your hypervisor(s) and what image you try to launch. I know the error from the screenshot from when I tried to boot a xen instance on a kvm hypervisor or the other way around, can't remember which way it was. It's possible that your image is missing kernel modules.

Try a Cirros image( ) and upload is as openstack image create --disk-format=qcow2 --container-format=bare --private --file /root/cirros-0.3.5-x86_64-disk.img cirros

This should work..

Thanks, it works, But I have another issue with hardware metrics it's not displaying any hardware metrics. I can see all other metrics include, network, disk and compute metrics as well. I don't even see any error in ceilometer logs too. SNMP is configured and no firewall or selinux enable.
