Python exception in '/usr/bin/magnum-db-manage in Ocata Magnum

Hi, I am using Ocata to build multi nodes. I am trying to install Container Magnum and get below errors from /var/log:

On my xterm where I started to populate the magnum database, python errors as follow:

Can you check max_connections allowed in your mysql server setup:- If they are less try increasing it.

mysql> show variables like "max_connections";

or check /etc/my.cnf
