I'm wondering If there is a proper method to get an ip address from dhcp Neutron to a physical server that is attached to a vlan? Is there a method to assign a static reservation to a physical server?

I currently can attach a physical server with a static ip to a vlan that is built out in openstack that has VM's on it and talk between them So the connectivity is there.

You should modify the dnsmasq (openstack dhcp) config in order to define a static lease.

I thought about that, but i'm wondering if there is a openstack CLI or API setting for this. We have more then one dnsmasq instance per network. So keeping this clean and in line between the 100's of networks we have will be cumbersome.
