i am having 2 KVM guest , one running contoller and 2nd compute,, they are centos 7 vm running on kvm hypervisor, i have mitaka version on them , all service are working fine, my issue is when i launch a instance on through horizon it fails at spawning and goes into error state.

link to my nova.conf of my compute node,, http://paste.openstack.org/show/618848/

error log of compute node,, i.e nova compute log http://paste.openstack.org/show/618849/

i believe its a more of nested kvm issue on guest vm, dont know for sure,,,

I think the problem is Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': Connection refused. Since you use Centos, I wonder if you installed openstack-selinux?

Hi,

In nova.conf file Under the [Default] section add below line

[DEFAULT] enabled_apis = osapi_compute,metadata

and restart all the service neutron and nova services.
