How do you filter bugs at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack/ by language (Java)?

I've tried going to Advanced Search and writing 'monasca' under Project or series subscriber, because it's a Java project. I got no results and I don't know if it's because there no bugs for this project or because search doesn't work this way.
